2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Please note that to redeem this voucher, you must call or email the property directly. This voucher cannot be redeemed on the property website. 

This voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. This voucher is valid at Capri by Fraser Berlin only and can be used as full or part payment against any of room offers and packages and cannot be redeemed at Caprilicious restaurant, DrinX and at the grab & go outlet. No change will be given. Vouchers are non-refundable. Advanced booking is required and redemption of the voucher is strictly subject to availability and at the property's discretion.
